OnDeck AC is an excellent company. They went above and beyond in every way today. From the first phone call to the return of cold air conditioning it was a great experience! Marcos and Dustin quickly arrived to troubleshoot why my air conditioning wasn't working. They were both professional and very knowledgeable. The problem was identified and corrected. They didn't just fix the problem and take off. There was additional time spent to make sure it was working properly and efficiently. Marcos and Dustin were patient and provided great communication during the entire service. It's clear that this company truly cares about you because you can feel it from every team member. If you need air conditioning service, you should contact OnDeck AC. Highly recommend!

On Deck AC did a great job on communicating every step of the process. The technicians that installed the unit communicated what they were doing and why. They raised my new unit to 3ft for me due to flooding issues I have at my house. They even added concrete footers to ensure the unit wouldn't wash away. They went above and beyond with the install and I couldn't be happier with their services. I recommend this company for all of your AC needs.

OnDeck AC was gracious enough to do a giveaway of an entire Hvac system to a member at the PCSO where I work. The giveaway was put into the raffle at our annual Christmas party. To my surprise I won! I contacted Scott with OnDeck and set up for his techs to come out and take a look at our current system. Carlos and Tony came out and explained what would happen next. They answered all our questions. Scott reached out a few days later setting up the install. Yesterday 12/23/24 Tony, Carlos, Dustin, and Scott all came out to complete the install. What an amazing job they did! They were all very nice, personal, funny and very knowledgable in their field. My husband and I purchased our house approx. 3 years ago. The AC unit was a 20 yr old unit. Hurricane Milton took out what was left of it so, we were in need of a new AC but of course they are so expensive. I was so surprised when I won this giveaway. What a blessing it was! I thank OnDeck so incredibly much for this! They are amazing people! What a blessing they are. I recommend OnDeck for anyone who needs a good AC company. You will not be disappointed! I attached a collage photo. The top photos is our old unit and the bottom photos is our new unit! I absolutely love it! Such a beautiful unit!

My AC went out during the night. Called On Deck that morning and they came right out to check on the problem. They discovered the issue and made a temporary fix to get it working until the main problem could be repaired the next day. The guys were all great from the first visit to the last! Just received my new electric bill and it went down significantly since the repairs were made. Thank you ON DECK AC!!

After working all day, we arrived at home to find our house hot. Our AC has stopped working. The house was 85°. Desperate to have our AC repaired knowing the task would be impossible. We search the Internet and found on deck AC service. We called and Scott answered his cell phone. I could tell he was driving. He said he was driving home, could come and service our AC, but with the parts house closed, was unsure how much he could do. We arrange to have him come to fix the AC in the morning. He called back 10 minutes later and explained that he had arranged for the parts house to make available to him. The part that was needed. He had my AC back up and running by 7 PM. Scott was very professional, very friendly, and far exceeded our expectations. On deck is the only AC repair company I will ever call for AC Repair needs at my home. Scott is an outstanding guy, even though he is a bulldog.
